Is this card increase your Critical ATK in % or just flat number?
from the card description
[Card Equip Effect] Critical Attack +[star]
if it just flat number 10 star card = 10 Cri ATK which is seem too low…
It’s just a flat number, and I agree with you on rebalancing it.
