I remember one time in RO when i die exactly at the moment my friend heal me and result in a death with 2k hp. Maybe it’s something like that.

Has nothing to do with Lag. I’m going to assume you had Healing Factor on. You hit 0 HP and died, healing factor kicked in after your death for a moment. It does that.
