Dead player bodies float away from location of death

Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone) : 10:15 pm CST 6/28/2016

Server Name: Klaipedia

Team Name: CarbonFiber

Character Name: Silver

Bug Description :
All dungeons/merc missions

The issue is that the player’s body keeps floating to the wall after they die. The real position of the player is where he/she died, but my screen shows their body against the edge of the wall.

  1. Casting res on the visual body against the wall will not work.
  2. Casting res on the position where they died (no visual body) will work.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Have someone die while moving.

It’s all fun and games until people lose their cubes/silver/gems because I can’t see and res them correctly. (Mostly applies to rush dungeons when people can’t run back quickly enough)

Then don’t die lol.

People generally die because they depend too much on others, what i mean is, not all cleric class is a healer/support.

What i am saying is not that they shouldn’t heal, but they have limited healing capabilities, i too heal when i can, use SZ when i am doing damage and fade when i need to escape stick situations, each class have a mean to escape.

Not to count that the bosses have telegraphs to show where they will attack, you can pretty much avoid that.

This is not a game where your DPS have to be the top of the top, there is strategy, hell even in WoW, where the elitists start with the DPS crap you have to know where to stand or you will be ■■■■■■ for life.

Just so you know, me and my friend archer do missions, just the 2 of us and we barely die in there, she is an archer and me on my sorc.

Yesterday we did dun 190 full run, i was on my Druid 194 and she on her archer 256, you think just because she is 256 she don’t take heavy damage? She does, of course i healed when needed, we had to ran away a couple of times to avoid death.

And another thing, many new players start playing and want to be DPS, go pass through the first 50 Lvs and when try do dungeons die like flies because they neglected CON stats in their build.

If you actually start avoiding attacks con is not really needed.
Like you said, bosses like to telegraph their attacks, literally all of them.

For the 190 dun, you can do Cerberus without a single it when at least 2 people are inside the dungeon.

Depend on the conditions, me for example, play with 300ms+ latency, not because my internet is bad, but the server is bad codded, i have to adapt, and many times, not only with me, but people who have good ping also happen, the server simple refuse the data from a skill being cast and lock your char for a couple of seconds, now imagine a class with base CON stats in a dungeon having that?
Other thing, if they don’t have good HP pool, they won’t even have time to receive a heal, and even if they do, not every run they will bump into a support or a FS to provide them all the healing they need.

By the way, this whole thing of corpses sliding around is because of lag in the server side, as they don’t happen all the time.

Sorry but my english skills are really lacking, i didn’t catch the expression there.

without taking a single hit, there was something missing.
If one player attacks cerberus and then simply stays out of the boss melee range, the giant dog will slowly walk to that player without using any ability and can be attacked by everyone else.

Ah ok, got it, but i didn’t know that and we did the normal(?) way, even so, we cleared the whole place without dying.

My point is, this is not a game that one goes gung ho in the middle of a mob, with low HP pool in a dungeon, specially classes that have low magic def, and will come out unscathed from it.

Even if the mobs are mindless zombies, they still many and can cause lots of problems.

Regardless of how people die, death happens. Still no update on this.
