what means DLC transfer…

He either didnt plan ahead or just messed up his build. Could be something more valid like some bug wouldnt let him advance char, but I doubt it.

He wants the founder pack stuff (TP, Potion, Pets, etc) transferred, unsure what he expects us to do about it.

Meanwhile… 2 weeks and still no 150TP refund.

Best of luck. They denied me my stat/skill reset items transferred. I can’t blame them but they should learn that customer services includes going above and beyond the expected. It’ll only keep them more customers and it’s not like there’d be some riot about unfair treatment. The items were bought and paid for, it’s just useless to an individual on the wrong character/server

They already said they will transfer them so be sure to keep spamming them with it.

Oh god really? Recent update to their policy or is this just inconsistent service? But thanks for the heads up, I’ll put up another ticket in hopes for a new response

I thought character / team transfers aren’t open yet? How do I request one or what is this about? I’d like to transfer my team and all of my belongings from one server to another. Obviously a Team Transfer includes all the items too, right?

As to you celgaming they kept it nice and quiet but I managed to put in a support ticket a day or 2 before they stopped allowing transfers. So now you can’t transfer but since I did put the ticket in before it ended I should still be able to.

Day 10

Staff_Julie said she would look into it herself in the server transfer post but quickly edited that saying she will ask what is going on. That was 13 hours ago, still no reply.

Day 11 how much longer can this go on!

I asked about the DLC pack transfer and I got a different answer on it this time. Maybe there was a miscommunication, but just me manually moving hundreds of players’ DLC packs one at a time was not what I had in mind when they first said they’ll offer the service. I thought it would be automatically processed through our database like team name resets and team transfers.

Maybe I can start moving them myself until they actually come up with a sane solution to handle this.

I can’t work fast because I have so many things to juggle, so I apologize in advance. I’ll contact the players individually through PM.

Support team promised they will refund 150Tp in 2-3 days.

It’s been 2 weeks.

I had put in a ticket on day 2 about accidentally deleting my pet (that big red button looked so tantalizing). Anyways, I suspect I won’t be seeing my pet again until just before F2P or about a month after that (specifically those intervals). Just sucks that I can’t level it for the time being. Nothing against IMC. Been there done that.
