Day 02 - Klaipeda is still broken

Two days in a row now for Klai. The only official announcement so far was for Fedimian issues. Queues are broken (see screenshot below), chat is failing intermittently, friends list is bugging out.

The only responses coming from any of you @staff folks has been a periodic response in a DPK thread of all things. WTF? Don’t you see all the threads in bug reports, general discussion, etc - talking about how shits broken?

I’m pretty sure Fedi emergency maintenance occurred because it wasn’t applied correctly. Which I talked about here:

Nope. No bans. Probably something to do with an error occurring during maintenance. Base camps are definitely usually removed after maint? Might be worth looking into @STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Letitia just in case this causes a bigger issue later in the week. Screenshot of CH1: [image]

Something happened during this maintenance that does not match previous maintenances.

I’m not sure if other servers had the same symptoms though. Statues weren’t missing on other servers and the discords were reporting that base camps etc reset fine. It’s probably unrelated. SEA are also reporting that things are operating normally for them.

I’d put my money on the datacentre/location having issues.

It seems to be holiday on korea … and the issues started on a weird date (tuesday to wednesday).

Seems quite suspicious, its annoying but will take a while to get fixed.

Childrens day Friday, then weekend and election day next

some people have said that if you log into a different server and then back into klai that it fixes the 100 q bug.

Some people are full of siaulai cubes then. I’ve already tested this, even ran a solo dungeon on another server, no change. Still broken. Also tested from another computer, still broken.

Actually that method did work when the queue bug started surfacing a month ago. It was somehow connected to accounts that had characters on multiple servers.

The issue going on now seems to be more related to the infinite loading screen problems (speculating, but that is when it resurfaced).
