When i was lvl 180++ monster still hit me just 1 damage, when i do dungeon lv 190, the monster suddenly hit me 2/3k+
and at alemeth grind the monster still hit me around 2/3k+

put some lv5 yellow gems on your top and bottom piece, gem update and bonus def/mdef per rank would make it easier for you now, except if you are stacking DoV everytime.
lol if you are complaining @ 211, I wonder how you’ll fare at 290+

I dont use gungho or DoV stack.
my archer didnt get hit 2/3k when the same lvl with the same gear

level difference maybe? or your archer is just dodging the attacks more frequently since they get eva buffs. just add yellow gems and you should be set. it really shouldn’t be that hard now since gem update and def/mdef made earlier levels a joke.
post R8 is what you should be worried about.
Defense gems make a huuuge difference, honestly. I recently got around to upgrading/socketing my sorc’s gear and suddenly I’ve gone from being a slightly squishy wizard to facetanking most mobs at lv250+. You’d be surprised how much difference even lv3 or 4 gems can make.

what he said. when i was doing storage on my wl i was 15 levels below and was taking 6-7k per hit with roxona plate set. so i got my virtov set that had yellow gems in it and put it on my wl and i started taking 1’s
When you lv290+ get10k per hit is still count as fortunate.
that made me put the game on hiatus. lol I forgot the cave’s name. I think it was Tehvrin or something, where your main quest at.

I was trying to solo that after R8 release but those mages keep on 2 shotting me. :V

it’s stupid now. Normal Content shouldn’t be issue that includes ET 1-20.
Solmiki is the real world of pain for invested players.
Else you are actually done and can solo all of the contend provided. Fantasy lib is the second one where you need a party or highly invested aoe soloist.

if you think you can upgrade to lolo/hasta plate set then upgrade your armor first before inserting lv 6+ yellow gems
Losing a level 6 gem is a headache but it will make your life significantly easier, and it’s not overly difficult to get again. You should still be able to get Hasta or Lolopanther without the additional DEF though.
Hmm… lolo plate armor is something out of my reach at the moment cuz I don’t have time to climb to ET 20th floor everyday.
Although lolo plate pants is on the way but… IDK… we lost our chrono and we are not doing ET anymore 
Hasta set is… very appealing but it’s still a looong way to go.
So I’ll stick with virtov plate and pants for a quite long time.

That’s what I’d do. If you have some money you can just drop 1.5m± on a level 6 gem as well, pretty reasonable price for a high value, long term, resalable item.

IT doesn’t matter. Once you hit 2.5k ~ 3k pdef you will scream what is hp.
You will only need hp by then to take magic hits cause we are not using that OP shield yes emengod shield i am looking at you.
Just stack a bunch of def/mdef. Get yourself 4 lvl 6 yellow gems, 2 level 6 blues for the top, bottom, boots. Then get yourself def/mdef headgear and like 3 or 4 nuaele cards. You should easily get over 2k pdef with aspersion and 1.6k+ mdef with enchanter shop buffs for top/bottom.
