Dam Bots are getting smarter now

No more ASDFASDSAD names and better customized char. I didn’t even notice they were bots until I saw the ranking monster kills.

I don’t think bots would buy TP costumes

But having only achievement of Hunter at lvl 168 is really suspicious(also, ranking is really low)

Take a look at Adventure Index.

While it is possible that legit player will have such a low one, it is veeeeeeery unlikely. I’d say 99.9% it is a bot based on this value only.

Why not? They have spare TP from early access packages.

This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.

They are playing seperately one in channel 2 and the other in channel 3. I stalked them both for a while but no response in chat when I call them out for botting. I mainly made this post because I can’t believe a normal player can have 28k kills on those mobs and have only hunter achievement.

Usually these are not throwaway accounts.
The ones with asdfasdf are throwaway accounts.
If you see the bot report subforum you can find a bunch of these.
They’re likely people who actually play but bot their way through.

good point. this an actually a really good point.

all these bot restricitions are forcing them to act smarter. but we start banning them by the amount of kills of monsters is unrealistic
what can they do next?

Imo seems very possible to ban based on Adventure Index. Sure it will get some false positives, but it will be very few players.

You can see those kinds of bots at shaton reservoir and farm. They have decent names, well equipped and a cleric1, priest3,chap1 class.

They will also ignore and KS you.

The Adventure Index is very low for it’s level and only one achievement. Definitely a bot.

Investigation, pls @Staff_Julie

Well, smarter by the eye, but they still act the same. The bulk them will still run around with whatever sword and Arde dagger as Priests, buffing themselves while ONLY autoing the enemies to death. They’ll still run over and steal your mobs, and you can just as easily steal theirs and watch them just run off to the next mob. The bots are trying to integrate themselves into society, but their core roaming keys are still just as obvious. Sometimes, I follow bots around just to see if they react differently and KS their mobs (Cleric to Cleric, we gotta share our mobs. :grinning:)

I remember what someone in game told me after I asked a question on whether or not a new character actually still benefits from Hamaming grinding to 15: Achievements are what seperate us from the bots.

Dude wasn’t kidding.

I’ve been reporting that specific bot everytime I see it. I’m surprised that since IMC’s been doing daily banning reports, that one still exists.
