Daily lvl130 - 75 Red Wood Goblins in Starving Demon's Way

Hey,

I just went to do my dailies after the reset today and I’ve got that quest where I have to kill 75 Red Wood Goblins in the Starving Demon’s Way map (lvl121). Well I don’t mind the killing part and actually enjoy it, the issue here is… the amount of Red Wood Goblins is ridiculously low : I’ve literally spent 30 minutes looking for those mobs across the whole map and changing channels and so far I’ve only found 2 of them. My guess is dailies are generated randomly and that’s fine in most cases but this is far too much of a hassle for a single Lvl6 Exp Card.

Dunno whether there are other similar cases but yeah I don’t see myself searching far and wide for a single type of mob for around 18 hours to get a single daily done lol.

I just got that same daily and had the same issue. While I was a little more successful, I still only managed to find 7 and then I couldn’t find any after that. I still had another daily to do, so I just dropped that one and did the next before it resets on me.

I feel like either the quest should ask for a lower amount needed and/or have the map increase the volume of Red Wood Goblins. This one seems to ridiculous to achieve in a timely fashion.

Having the same exact issue here. Not only that the very low spawn rate of Red Wood Goblins forces players to drop the mercenary quest, it also puts a stop to those who complete every monster count on every map.

After 18h there farming at Starving Demon’s Way… I’ve got it!!
I had to switch channels several times, walking around this red circle was more easy to find it.

I killed the others monsters in this map to time pass more fast. I have defeated like 3k of Kepari, 2k Kepos, 1k Keposeed for 275 Red Wood Goblins. Now I can get ONE EXP card, sooo fair IMC! lmao xDD

You can always drop the quest and pick a different one.

But yes, the spawn ratio and the kill amount needed on some mobs are completely off
