So basically I run the game from the steam browser and as the patcher appears, nothing happens and all i get is this error -
“C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3dx9_43.dll is either not designed to run on
windows or it contains an error. try installing the program again using
the original installation media or contact your system administrator or
the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.”
I’ve posted on reddit about it and people have suggested ideas on ways to resolve but so far nothing. If anyone can help that’d be nice, heres the link to the reddit post.
Edit - I should probably add that im using windows 10 and the computer is reasonably new. (Laptop)
