Im a cyro 3 now leveled 108 I plan on going sorc. what weapon should i use? a rod + shield? or staff? what weapons specifically?
Any rod + arde.
Once you’re around 170, you can go Audra or get Ignition.

I recommend you not to go sorcerer mainly because its AI is not yet that great. If you go sorcerer after Cryo3, your DPS abilities will be overshadowed by the DPS of a Wiz3Ele3 build, and your Supporting abilities overshadowed by a Cryo3Chrono3 Build. Your PvP Abilities would then also be overshadowed by a Cryo3Kino3 build.
Just a little advice based on my 520+ hours experience in iToS. 
Hmmmmm well i’m in a pinch then. I plan to go sorc 2 and warlock since I’m running a high con build.
I think I’ll still stick with the build xD it’s fun to be different haha even though I will be weak af probably.

High CON build is the build for PvP wizards.
If you want to dominate in PvP, go Psychokino3, Batcat has his guides on that build and it’s really good. The downside is I think that class will get heavily nerfed because it’s too powerful. (Get caught by raise and you’re basically dead if your opponent knows what to do next)
If you want to be a full support, which is good for GvG and Earth tower, go Chronomancer3 (This is what I did on one of my wizards). Haste is very fun to use and it’s really useful too. 48 Mspd does a lot. Not to mention “Pass” which reduces all skill Cooldowns (except itself)

I have nothing against that mate, just an advice from me. 
Nice thing is that the current nerfs for kino3 is only applied for TBL, but it’s they are still high tier despite current nerfs.

If you can get your hands on Arde dagger, rods are your best option.
you need decent INT for sor build as it is few classes that scale dps with INT

grab maga rod for sor. the fact that summon drain sp% you should not stack too much sp. maga rod decrease max sp make summon consume less sp.
