I have sarkmis trans 3 with cyclone lv 35 and i’m hitting 10ks with each hit.
Compared to all my other skills, it’s one of the weakest skills I have.
Is cyclone going to always be like this? Or am I missing a huge powerspike?
Is weak (150 + ([Skill Level] - 1) × 7.7)% of PATK but with great AoE (AoE +8).
So depend how you use it.
There is a reason lots of ppl keep it lvl3-8 instead of maxing like before combat rebalance.
