Does Doppelsoeldner’s Attack speed skill Deeds of Valor hit faster then if you were to do Corsair’s Double Weapon Assault…or is double weapon more faster?
No one is at that rank yet and the only people who would know are the KCBTers but it looks like Deeds of Valor is faster (from the videos of the skill).
