Crystal Pillar doesn't work

I click on crystall pillar but it doesn’t work. It happened after I killed Mirtis and went to town, then I returned, went in a party, killed it again and again but it doesn’t work. Everbody clicks at crystal and they finish their quest, except me.

I’m having the same problem. It won’t activate.

Edit: for those stuck in this party, try to find a partner for this quest. If your partner can activate the Crystal Pillar, then you can defeat the final boss from Crystal Mine. GG
