I had a issue with this boss when I was playing on my priest class character. I fought the boss I used my safe zone, cure and wacked it with my mallet. used heal a few times to heal. but the issue i had was the moment i used safe zone it used a purple color laser that went around in a circle and didnt stop during the whole fight, most bosses i fought when they glow yellow it cancels the attacks, after it disappeared the purple laser attack was still going and killed me. making me drop all my gems and not get the loot after the fight was over i died the second the boss disappered. the lasers didnt disappear tell after i got the box to revive. when i went back was able to just continue on with the story getting the revelation from the crystal but lost all my gems and loot from that issue. on the [SEA] Telsiai server
Sorry for your lost man, that really stinks that happened especially after it killed you. If you remember what channel and what time this had occurred, perhaps the support center can help you more in terms of recovery. There are also certain mobs that drops gem pretty often as well and since this was in the Crystal Mines, it shouldn’t be too difficult to recover.
We can’t help much to recover what you lost, but try sending a ticket to the support and see what they say? If anything, you do get more gems as you progress the game, which I know doesn’t make up for what is lost but it’s better than to wait and try to recover what maybe lost forever.
it was on i think ch 8 around 4 hrs ago and im not sure how to send something to support about. i tryed click on support but all i get is a message about xbox controler, loot, instance crash ect. then takes me back to the pervious page i was on. Which is why i posted it on here.
Oh just press okay and continue; it’ll prompt you to sign in and once you do, press okay again (It’s just a general prompt thing for some reason) and you should get a screen like this:
Just click on “Submit Ticket”, it’ll prompt you to verify your steam account which will take you to the home page of this website, on the top right next to your login avatar you’ll see like a steam icon. Click on that, verify and return back to Support and submit the ticket.
Hopefully that’ll get you to it.
