Yes, it no longer works on ranged attacks. It’s the full nerf.
Really? Wow… What a disappointment… They could have minimized the freeze chance instead of making it useless against ranged attacks… It helped a lot…

I wonder why this is always brought up, shouldnt there be millions of PDs during guild battles and yet to come team battle league?
No one actually cares about duels where dispeller works oO
because some of us actually dont have guilds and occasionally duel in town

haha if you thought the freezing is the problem. the real problem is that it reduces the damage by 50% and reflect 50%. which mean you both get the same amount of damage with just you attacking. and the cryomancer can attack on top of that. they build full con, so if you are “DPS swordsman”, you will die just by attacking the cryomancer
