Taking Cryo strictly for Ice wall, but of those 3 skills, which should I take? Should I max out two of three? If so, which should I take? Or should I aim to balance them out and take em all?
I’m mainly taking this class strictly for CC btw. Plus I like the synergy of Ice Wall + Psy pressure.
Blast sucks… that is all.

If you’re talking about Steparu’s video, that was an old video and it has been nerfed to the floor as of the latest build of ToS. To explain, previously, Ice Blast used to be able to hit and freeze multiple mobs all at once when they were frozen without any CD.
Now, they put a CD on it, you have to face the enemy, you have to have them frozen, and you do very little damage with it. I’m not sure about the AoE but I think its freeze potential has also been removed and instead now removes the frozen debuff. It also now has 3 casts instead of infinite.
The DPS of the skill also is way lower than Ice Bolt and Ice Pike if you had to compare. Ice Bolt you don’t have to have a frozen enemy to cast, and Ice Pike hits multiple times if the enemy is large enough (not sure about smaller enemies). Basically the prerequisite, Damage per SP, and CD to cast Ice Blase and Flare for that matter makes it a pretty bad skill at least IMO.
