I m doing a build interely pve focused with cryo and kino…someone can help me?i don t know if is better kino c3, cryo c3 or kino and cryo c3 (without runecaster)

Go for Wiz > Cryo C3 > Kino C3.
Keep in mind that Cryomancer is a defensive class and it’s skills are not meant for decent damage, so, there’s no point in trying to improve something that is already “weak”.
Cryomancer provides sollutions that are great for party play and you can get damage from Psychokino, so if you really want to do this, my suggestion is to drop Rune Caster and go for full circles.
If you’re planning on mostly PvE, the 8 second cast times are probably not that bad a thing when 2 of them are cast outside of the fight without being worthless (giants and frost). I haven’t tested RC myself, does ice damage boost apply to the numbers on the spell, or the total damage, like quick cast attribute?
I’m not saying RC is a bad choice, i just don’t see the point in increasing the damage on a defensive class. If the OP went for Elementalist could be a good idea i guess, Hail and Frost Cloud are ice spells so they would benefit from Rune of Ice right?
The description for Rune of Ice states that “deployment magic” is an exception and both Hail and Frost Cloud are under that category, so the only Ele skill it would work on is Freezing Sphere.
I’m not sure, but probably not. Does anyone know how Rune of Ice calculates damage boost?

I’m sure that it doesn’t boost the shard damage from ice walls because it’s not really a skill, it’s a secondary effect from a guess what DEPLOYMENT skill. Holy crap…
Meaning it only boosts 4 skills if you go cryo 3, and only 2 otherwise. Yikes, what a trap!

It works on Ice-type skills except deployment ones. The shards from the combo aren’t a skill, it’s a secondary effect from a deployment skill (Ice Wall), therefore it shouldn’t work lol.
