Hi Guyz i am just theory crafting.

Can some 1 help me with this build , will it work for pve and pvp ?

Preparing CBT build for Corsair C2 I think:

  1. why I need to max FIRST circle attack spell? - if C2 spell at level 10 or C3 spell at level 5 can be better at DPS or cooldown timer…
  2. Is better to max two spell with 2 times slower cooldown than 1 spell with 2x Damage and 2x Cooldown …
  3. at CBT is better to test all skills, to understood what you need and what you get.

@ocmodak I think your build is okayish for PvE and bad for PvP.
I can not give you the perfect build but I’ll try to give you a few suggestions.

  1. For PvP it is highly advisable to get at least 1 point into hard CC and escape spells like Sleep, Gust, Subzero Shield and Petrify in order to have more hard CC at your disposal.
  2. The pvp arena is small. Pathblocking spells like the Ice Wall (which also applies hard CC) are therefore extremely useful. But you would need to invest at least a few points into Ice Wall in order to make proper use of it.
  3. The main use of Hail is the freeze chance and not the damage. And more levels into Hail only increase the damage by small amounts. Casting something like the Meteor on an immobile enemy will deal a lot of damage on the other hand. So if you aim for pvp I would take points away from hail and invest respectively 1 point into the CC spells and the other points into more damage spells like meteor.

Your build is still okay for leveling. But even there you would still benefit much more from having certain spells like the Subzero shield since there are also all kinds of enemies like ranged attackers etc.
Also I assume you want to combine freeze+electrocute but most freezes (if you look at the CC times) will not hold long enough for you to pull off your electrocute (very long cast time). So making use of the shield to freeze enemies and the continious attack (Hail) can be nice solutions to this little problem.

I would suggest something like this with a strong focus on AoE burst:

But I also have to say that I have seen other Ele’s max their prominence and hail out in order to somewhat rely more on the continuous damage, which worked just fine (as long as you can land ur CC).
