I main a Cryo/Chrono that’s nearly rank 8 (Should be able to hit tomorrow) and am going Sage.
Full Con build
Nowhere near fully geared but the utility is still great even without gear.

Sword 3>Hop3>Dragoon>Going into Lancer
I can play any of them but I do favor my Chrono.
