Cryo c3 > kino > RC > WL?

Hello guys,I’ve been dabbling around the wiz sections a bit and didn’t see any post regarding this specific build.

I’m looking to make a cryo c3 and wondering if RC/WL would be viable choices for the later ranks.The build would be PvP focused,but I don’t want PvE to be a drag,so ice rune + psychic pressure + ice wall sounds like a good combo right?

Regarding skill choices,not sure about what I should pick for RC and wizard circles,so any help on that department is welcome.

Also,what other similar builds I could look into for PvP?
Cryo c3>Kino 2 > WL?

I’ve been considering a similar build, swapping out two circles in Cryo for C3 Kino which should be better for PVP.

Only issue is at that point I don’t know if the Pressure/Wall combo would be enough to justify RC’s Rune of Ice.

I feel like Cryo c3 is far superior for PvE when compared to kino,and still viable for PvP so that’s why I prefer that.

About RC,I don’t know if kino2 or another circle would be better for that rank.
Does psychic pressure level increase the ice wall shards dmg significantly?

P.S.: RC costume also looks sick so that’s a bonus for me haha
