Cryo C3 Kino C3 RuneCaster?

Im thinking about R8 rank for a Cryo C3 Kino C3 wizard. Is the Rune Caster way to go for a 300% more Ice Dmg or sth different gonna fit there more?

Rune of Ice worth only if you got high INT (no, very high). In (common) case, I think you invest full con (or almost CON).

What if im going for PVE, i sill should go high Con or can i go like 3 int 1 con then? Rune Caster is gonna be good then or still chosing Sage or Warlock gonna be better

Well… RC has 2 disadvantage, there are main problem: 6s cast time & huge cooldown, the shortest is 50s, but… too weak skill .__.

  • Rune caster: Rune of Ice only boost your get-world-boss-cube probability in PvE content (of course with high INT), 3 mins cooldown. Rune of destruction not good without QC. Rune of Giant give you… err… movement speed.
  • Warlock: Darktheurge good in single-target, short cd. Pole of Argony can be used good as Cryo3 Kino3.
