So with the new class reset scroll, I’m a bit torn between Wiz 3 and Cryo 3 for S 3, to those who knows, mind putting up the pros and cons and which one is overall better? also stat allocation would be nice too.
It depends heavily on your purpose, Cryo3 is more a supportitive build, while Wiz3 is more a DPS build.
So, to help you with pros and cons I have to know the rest of your build.

Nice CC, Frost Tree, Snow Ball
Cons:
Low damage
Wiz3
Pros:
Sure Spell can be a great combo with other channeling classes
Quick cast can boost other classes damage
And magic missile is a very good damaging skill
So, you have to chose between utility and dps
it really depends on what other classes you will pick. going full con as cryo means it is very very painful to level solo. cryo full support means going full con and dpsing means going full int. being full con makes it very painful to level.
