šŸ˜¢ What will happen to those who were too late to make a server transfer?

Hi guys,

As the title says what will happen? I have a freind who had no time to make the ticket for transfer because of work and other stuff. He thought he could create the transfer ticket on Monday but it was already too late.

Now iā€™ve seen some more players posting about this on reddit and nobody seems to really have a good answer to it.

Will they be able to still transfer on next maintenance in a week or will they be stuck on the server they are in and have to remake all over again? Gone all those precious hours and hours of gameplay.

I hope someone can answer this because as far as i can remember i know IMC said once everyone has a right to atleast 1 free server transfer. (I have no evidence of this, this is just my memory. I may be wrong.)

Theyā€™ll probably add a transfer option (not free, like every game) after the game came out.

There should be another transfer after F2P. Not sure is it confirmed.

they announced this a long time agooo, so probably you guys have to wait till mid may for f2p release

If they could confirm this, it would help alot cause atm once maintenance is over. As we see it there is no reason to play for him.

Situation 1: He thinks there will be no transfer so he starts over. Suddenly in a couple days IMC announces another transfer. All time spend creating a new character and stuff wasted.

Situation 2: He continues playing on the server he is now in hope they will announce second server transfer but it will never happen, again time spend playing wasted.

Situation 3: He makes a new character on new server, no future server transfer. But all his founder items are on the old server and time spend all wasted.

There is no good option for him atm without any feedback from IMC for how the future looks like for all those players.

They dont accept requests anymore. This already from Monday, he tried and they told him an automatic responce they dont accept server stransfer requests anymore.

So iā€™m very curious as to how you got that information?

I hate those excuses of ā€œworkā€ and ā€œreal lifeā€ and whatever.

You had 11 days. It takes 5 minutes to write the ticket. So if you donā€™t have FIVE minutes in ELEVEN daysā€¦how can you have time to play the game at all?

There are alot of players who dont often visit the website or forum and just play. I do agree there was alot of time but he thought he had enough time and the last week he had no time to even get behind his computer. Except for Monday.

Thinking they would transfer on Tuesday he thought Monday would still be a normal day for him to request.

He thought wrong ofcourse, but i simply would like to have some more information.

He did not have time to play or even get behind his pc the last week except for Monday but then it already was too late.

He had a very busy week with almost no sleep at all.

I know normally i would totally say the same thing you do right now, but in this case i know him and his situation.

Oh isee, but thatā€™s only to SA unfortunately. He wants to go to Fedimian just like the rest of us.

I think they should put some news and announcements on the launcher/patcher like the old ragnarok client, there were heaps of people who didnā€™t know there was a 24 hour maintenance

That would indeed solve some of the problems in the future. Maybe they could have made a countdown for server transfer request acceptance or something like that there.

Im sorry but i hope they wont do transfer requests anymore since the submission is way too long to not miss itā€¦ itā€™ll be a little shady if they would allow another trasnfer except for those who will move to the South American server. It has been explained in alot of the dev posts that this is a one time transfer if you miss itā€¦ then no more chance.

I do understand that, and can see why people would feel that way.

I just hope IMC still will consider it. Really wanna be able to keep playing with all of my freinds. Also if they do it, they may be able to do it while being on maintenance so other players wont be bothered with it. Since there wont be too many of them probably.
