As you can see from this screenshot :

Its a farewell i’ve spent 536hrs of playing in ToS. Playing it for 12hours straight a day or for a week. This is but a short memorable moment of playing tree of savior. But now all the hardwork is fallen unto despair. Its unfortunate to be in this situation.

Oh wait not a farewell though i seek help from those who have kind hearts, i’ve been thinking of starting again from the start but its thorny and long road head. I’ve been doing the monster kill achievements and 100% map, also spent alot of silvers for collections, crafting, and equipments.

Not sure if bait or honest cry for help.

Log a ticket with IMC and Valve.
Don’t use add-ons.
Don’t cheat.

Think I covered it all.

You have done something wrong on Steam (as it is obviously mentioned in the screen). Perhaps lifting the purchasing lock will lift the ban.

Have you attempted too read the message and contact the ones that can actually help you do anything about it? (hint: that is not anyone on this forum)

I remembered that i was pranking some players on klapedia ch 1 mimicking the spam bots maybe its the other way i got suspended, and my steam shows that i have no vac ban. :cry:

It’s not unheard of to have your steam info stolen and for people to fraudulently gift games.

If you truly did nothing wrong hopefully they are able to help you and you can come play with us again! :sparkling_heart:

This is VALVE ban. Probably cashback. If VALVE lift the ban, ToS will do the same.
