Bug Description : Mystic tome bug for crusade goddess blessing skill . it say need miko lvl 45 ( but it crusade skill ? i mean wtf ? )

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. create mystic tome
  2. for crusade skill
  3. but the description say need miko lvl 45
  4. wtf
