Its because no one understands the concept of mouse mode targeting xD
kind of needed imo otherwise you are just wasting time as far as pvp is concerned.
If your not playing mouse mode with ground target stuff, then your going to always be outplayed by the guy who is by a couple of seconds.

You don’t need quick cast for sleep to be instant. It is instant. The charge bar is irrelevant. Sleep 15 is still amazing for PVP (increased duration and number of hits before the target wakes up, which is never if you’re a wiz3ele3). It used to be required for the Wiz3 Magic Missile combo but not anymore since the Magic Missiles split themselves now - so much win here.
