does a crit monk have to be pure dex? or can it build str and gem for crit rate? or does it have to do both because it has no skills or attributes to crit with abilities? any feedback greatly appreciated.
You don’t need to and shouldn’t go full DEX. You should go STR with however much DEX you want to hit your desired crit rate w/ gems and equipment. My monk has 450 crit rate from stats, equipment, and green gems. With monstrance, it goes up to around 520. You’re going to want to get level 6 or higher green gems and aim for crit rate on your headgear if possible.
