According to kToS crit chance:
([crit rate] - [crit resist]) * 42 / [your LVL]
that would mean very low lvl chars should crit all the time. But they don’t. So what’s the reason for this?
Kepa has a CR of 7. You at best have a dex of 9 at level 1.
Level1:
(9-7)*42/1 = 82% crit
Level2:
(10-7)*42/2 = 63% crit
Level3:
(11-7)*42/3 = 56% crit
Level10:
(21-7)*42/10 = ~60%
I think this is pretty accurate for an archer who runs dex. You see about 50% crit rate in game I believe.
The other classes all have less than 7 dex to start off the game, which means (6-7)*42/1 = 0% crit rate!
