full con for support and full INT if you want to help with damage dealing in places like ET.
For example I have same build and dealing around ~50k damage per second.

in ET skill rotation: Frost Pillar>3x Ice Blast under x8 chapparition active(70k dmg per hit)> Snow Rolling under x8 chappa active(around 40k dmg per roll)>if you got pass ready then use and repeat, if not use Ultimate dimension and micro dimension, then repeat from begining.
For Boss fight put ice wall and look to the boss and all non dps classes with you auto attack with meelee wall to burst boss down under 8x chapparitions(deals like 100k-150k dmg per second)
All damage tested with 2.2k MATK
