Create a guild?

Hello,
is it possible to create a Guild ingame?
How can i do it?
What are the condition?
How many memebers are possible?

All we know is that guilds can only be made using the Templar (swordsman) class.
Nothing else is known. (Templar may be a rank 8 class)
