Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
My game crashed when I was teleporting back to town (Klaipeda) via the backspace key while logged in playing as Charlotte in order to turn in a quest. Now whenever I try to get back into the game on either Charlotte or Augustus (whom I logged out last while in town) the game simply won’t finish loading. I can log into the server and select a character just fine, but if I select one of those two characters the loading bar freezes eventually and it will not continue, eventually closing the game. I’ve tried changing channels, I’ve tried a hard reboot including removing all power from my system, and I’ve tried reinstalling the game. I feel like the characters somehow need to be moved outside of town or something. I can log in with my character Erlockh with no issues what so ever, but I’m terrified to try to go to Klaipeda to progress the character at all as I’m afraid I’ll get stuck in this situation with him as well.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Load up game
- Log in to server
- Select character
- Fail to load

On another note…I’ve been trying desperately to submit a support ticket, but for whatever reason whenever I try to link my steam account to the google account that I log in with on the treeofsavior.com website it refuses to link, so I am not capable of creating a support ticket.
