Crashing During Dungeon and booted out

Bug Description :
We were fighting the first boss in the level 115 dungeon when I crashed out. I am unable to get back into the dungeon and it used up one of the dungeon charges.

Talked to another person who was also in the dungeon and they were also kicked out as well. Not sure how many of us were disconnected from the dungeon as the other party mates have not replied.

Entered the dungeon through party search.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. I’m not really sure how to reproduce the error, just wanted to let the team know that this has occured.

I was also running the level 115 dungeon and experienced a similar problem, but in my case i could get back into the dungeon which was worthless since the game crashed again and again.

I have the same issue running the 115 dungeon just few minutes me and my friend get disconnected, unable to re enter and used 1 entry

Bump.

Hello.
I have a similar problem with this. We are in the middle of DG115. At 1st only some of us crashed and it end when all of us stick together and it crash all of us until we are not allowed re-enter the DG115. I’m suspect Priest C3 Skill, because sometime he/she the only one crashed.

Wasted DG entry for this crash is not really fun. Please IMC take this problem seriously there might be more people having the same problem.

Did u find the solution bro? im crashing really bad in lvl 115 dungeon never happen before :confused:

It happened to me today as well, in the lv.50 dungeon in Fedimian server. I got disconnected, and back to the character selection… when I got back, I couldn’t re-enter the instance dungeon.

The Bug starts at that area(imo since both runs bugged there), after killing some mobs there, Also can’t reconnect to re-enter search party after this bug starts, you’ll start getting disconnected ffrom server
