[Crash] Gele Plateau House Search

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

When on quest Unsettled Totems, and get to the part where you must defeat Simorph at Valio Mountain Cabin Hill, you have the option of searching in front of a house in the bottom left part of the map. When you interact with this house, your client crashes.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to map: Gele Plateau
  2. Accept Quest: Unsettled Totems, part 2 (Defeat Simorph at Valio Mountain Cabin Hill).
  3. Go to the house
  4. Click and let it finish searching

I’m not there yet but I’ve definitely finished this quest before in iCBT2 reliably.

Yes, the game crashed twice and now i had a mini rollback on map data lol.

Ouch, that truly is horrifying. Maybe you should leave this quest for now and let us hope that they look into this immediately. You can come back to it later then xD

I kept crashing too - in a party. Dropped party and did it solo - it worked. :slight_smile:

I have the same issue. The game crashes everytime I touch the house.

I abandoned the quest and restarted it. That fixed the issue for me.

[Temprorary Fix]

I tried it more than once and found that the only solution is the using mouse for activation.
The keyboard choice causes crash.
If you crash or can’t activate anywhere in any quest, try keyboard or mouse options, some quests accept either one of their activation buttons.
