Crafting Bug and stuck windows

Bug Description:
Stuck in crafting mode and unable to open/close windows after nor logout.
Issue is exactly the same as : Crafting Follower Leather Armor gets you stuck
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Bought an x4 Crafting Tome from the accessory merchant in Klaipeda
  2. Rest Mode then craft
  3. Added the items by clicking the + on the menu then click craft
  4. I get stuck in “Crafting Items.” and cannot open/close windows nor does it show the anvil
  5. Only way to get out is to close the application by doing alt+F4

Having this exact same issue on Fedimian. Crafting XP tome seems to soft crash. Anytime you try this, you need to fully relog to be able to do anything.

Having the same problem in Klai server, using the 64 bit client.

At first I thought it had something to do with the timed tomes, but it softlocks you regardless of what tomes you’re crafting together.
I’ve validated the game files, that doesn’t work.
Also tried switching to 32 bit to see if it was a 64 bit problem, same issue.

Hello, where do I send a support ticket? I’ve been going around the ToS site and can’t find a place where I can submit it? There is a link to https://treeofsavior.com/inquiry/ but I get a 404. I did a FAQ search and it just says “Bug reports and sent to corresponding departments to be checked.” without a way to do so. I found a “My Ticket” section on the site but found no way to create one.

Other things I did is repair files and tried 32-bit. I also tried a different machine same issue.
