I just bought 100TP bundle but I could not retrieve/get. Please help me

The money you paid for the TP it’s your steam Wallet.Go back to your cart and purchase it.
It’s like purchasing it two times.
1- When you attempt to purchase it just puts the money into your Steam Wallet
2- Go to your cart and purchase it “again”
Then go in game
3- Click on the TP symbol and the rest is self explanatory.
Kindly send us a support ticket for us to process your concern.@Loztchild yes I did firstly add money to wallet, then purchased.
Once I went in game there was no TP symbol T__T
