Costume quest for Pied Piper Bug

Bug Description :
I was doing the pied piper costume quest and I only got the 2nd tier reward so I decided to re-do the quest using the abandoned quest tab and redoing it but the quest didn’t reappear in the current quest tab.

I returned to the pied piper master to try and retake the quest for the tier 1 prize pied piper costume and upgraded flute but its still not available, He just says the lines that he gives out as if the quest is still on-going.I do have the tier 2 costume which is the candy blower

The quest usually shows at the top part/1st line in the quest list but there is none, i checked all my unfinished quests for it but nothing.

I have re-logged 3 times.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. I tried it again after a few hours still the same.
  2. Tried to verify steam integrity
  3. removed addons

Sir Panda you have the same problem? do note that you only have 15 tries for the quest and I think it refreshes every week. still not sure about the amount of time it needs to refresh.

15 tries? ohh I thought I had to do it 15 times. :joy: What do I need to do to actually complete it? The text confuses me. (also thank you)

You need to connect 10 orbs to the finish point w/in the time limit, you only have 15 tries, if you fail 15 times just try returning to the pied piper or keep checking your quest tab(active and abandoned) which I believe refreshes per week/ceratin amount of time?
