Costume Exchange in Re:Build

Hi! I have a quick question (with a little bit of a context to make myself clear):

In IMC’s topic about “Compatibility Issue & Solutions” [https://treeofsavior.com/page/news/view.php?n=1542] it was stated that we will receive “Class Costume Vouchers” to exchange our Class Costumes. That section is fine.

But below that, we have topic “Special Costumes”, which seems to be the Costumes that we buy in Beauty Shop (Exorcist Costume, Zealot, Bullet Market, and so on). They don’t seem to be included in the “Class Costume Vouchers” chart and that is my biggest question:

Will we be able to exchange, in any way, our Special Costumes?
