(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Was selling the Royal Guard Costume in market and keyed in 12,000,000 for the price. Was expecting it registered and logged off. The next time checking it, it was sold for 2,500,000. I tried to recreate the scenario how it happened and it turns out the market auto corrects the silver price keyed in to 2,500,000 as the highest price. even if there is no highest limit price indicator on the screen.

This market is a scam.I want a refund!
IMC please fix your game.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Sell costume
  2. Check highest limit price (zeroes).
  3. Key in amount more than 2.5M like 12M
  4. Market auto corrects to 2.5M - No any indicator that will tell you that it will be autocorrect or any prompts.

@GM_Francis. @GM_Sebastian. Please help.

For most items, the default price cap is 1mil. I’m guessing 2.5mil is the default price cap of cash shop costumes, so this isnt really a bug.

What are you talking about. the purpose of the highest limit price indicator is that. there is no i think that is the cap this or that. the cap it the highest limit price indicator. dont assume stuffs.

upper/lower price caps can be set by GMs, so this isn’t a bug but a feature.

Try listing/selling other stuff that has no sale record before you disprove what I said thank you.

Did you see the screenshot. the price cap for highest and lower limit price is set to zeroes. There should be no cap you are referring on that feature. Which was the indicator for the cap in the first place.

This is not the point. The reason for that indicator on the left side is to exactly show you how prices are gonna be if you key in item price more than that. that is its purpose. Users dont need to workaround a game just to make it work. The game is made to ensure good user experience and features doing its actual function.

I cant believe how you guys are very desensitized with the way this game is. You just accept and accept that something that doesnt work is ‘feature’.
I can overlook this from time to time but this feature just isnt right in a game development point of view.

The highest market price is the price based on sales record. If there isnt any record, the price is cap at a default cap. The default price cap is IMC’s way of killing RMT. Imagine if every items have no default price cap, silver buyer can simply put items into the market (for example an item with price of 15mils) and the silver seller can just buy the item to easily transfer 13.5mils (10%tax with token). Im not sure how to increase the market price cap though.
