None of them. It’s an okay anti-elite and pvp skill however.

And how about Arrest? Same thing =/?
Arrest works on bosses, although I don’t quite remember if it fully traps them for duration or only holds them on one place. It’s probably the latter.

yep the later xD
also, iron hook dont let enemy do anything, but u can still atack (so u can get close and use hook and kill ppl)
but if u use keel hauling the enemy can run and atack (so its kinda useless for pvp)
