Is the attack speed from double weapon assault capped?
Has anyone tried the corsair3 + shinobi + fencer 1 (masinios rapier)?
Do shinobi clones attack speed scale with stats or skills and do they proc masinios rapier?
It’s not capped but the animation bugs out between 600 and 1000 dex.
Clones should have your attack speed, but they can’t use double weapon assault, they will do nothing if you use it.
