Corsair or fencer, which one has more fun

I’m already swordman c2 and barbarian c2, cant decide should go corsair c3 or barbarian c3 then fencer c2, willing to know any opinions about these two classes. :smile:

i don’t really know swordies but i think if you want some support skills Corsair if you want some more DPS Fencer ^^

‘Fun’ is subjective so at the end of the day it’s really up to your playstyle.

Although if I have to say:
If you picked Barb for Frenzy/Warcry - Corsair

If you picked it for the high skill damage on Cleave/Seism - Fencer, Lunge->(optional swap to 2H) Seism will probably give you Best Damage title on some enemy.

Thanks, but what do u mean by frenzy/warcry , does that mean that i should just choose one of them for corsair? And for fencer i should choose none of them ? I already max warcry,

Well, maybe that was not as well-defined.

Basically Corsair 3 benefits more or auto-attacking route while Fencer benefit your skills (Lunge making enemy ‘weak to Slash’ - Cleave and Seism)

That’s just from dealing damage alone tho, some people pick certain class for role-play reason (Corsair for PIRATE)

Frenzy is for auto attacks.
It’s not good on fencer, fencer is a skill spammer.

And because of its skill spamming it’s better suited for mobbing while corsair is better for bossing.

Warcry is AMAZING for mobbing

Also if you pick corsair I suggest going Hopplite c2 or 3 instead of Barb 2-3
Finestra is a little better then Frenzy because you don’t have to build stacks and it has 100% up time if you c2 Hoplite.
And let’s not forget that Both Corsair and Hoplite are the ultimate boss killers.
Together they rape bosses but suck at mobbing
That’s where fencer comes in.
As the master mobber and not horrible on bosses.

Now if you want a sorta jack of all trades Fencer then Highlander c3 is pretty good on fencer.
It’s not as good at mobbing as Barb 3 but it’s a faster bosser.
Or a mix of all 3
Swordie > Paltes > Barb c2 > Corsair c2 > Fencer at rank 7
It’s a sorta jack of all trades but master of none.
It can fill all roles but it’s not amazing at any of them…

Thanks bro, I know hoplite is amazing for corsair, but I just dont like dual with spear and dagger, it;s weird for me. So I went to barbarian, now I’m swordman c2 and barbarian c2, i’m lv14 class now, cant decide if i should go corsair or barbarian c3 then fencer. It’s hard for me to decide, like both of them… I prefer to go corsair maybe, course when international server open, I wont play kTos anymore. Since fencer is far for me , maybe will experience corsair first, but it’s still hard for me to decide.
