Corsair Jolly Roger combo not displaying

Bug Description :
As in the title: when using Corsair’s Jolly Roger skill and attacking mobs within the circular radius-it doesn’t display the combo count and no fever.

i also dont see the button when i use breast ripper.i did change the settings though.nothing.
