Corsair Hexen dropper how work?

i need some help about tis skill, and i try to find another who will be usefull like an “auto atack” buff (like runing shot do on QS)

for me tis skill looks awesome. and tis class have somuch potential with future class. only because i think sword circle needs som clase who deal aloot of damage only with auto atacks. and imc surely know it.

my doubt is. when i use hexen dropper with toy hammer did not apply any single stack. but seems like deal extra lines of damage with each hit when im buff with sacra or another stuff like that.
so hexen drop. deal 6-8 “auto atacks” very faster?
or is just a bug ?

hexen deals 7 atks, is a simple 7 hit skills!
the animation looks more or less like fast 7 hits, but is just the animation, since there is nothing as normal attack on them.

about toy hammer; some high rank skills is not counting stacks, only low ranks ones, the answer of WHY? i do not know!.

about auto attack like qs, the closest thing you will find in this game is corsair 2 dwa; that is really nice as pre rank 6 filler skill, but as rank 7-8, it simple have too much problems to become a good !, mainly it lacks multipliers to keep the damage high against those rank 7-8 200-400k mobs!
