Corsair - Enchanter - Thaumaturge is one of the strongest support buffers in the game for both challenge mode and all content. The build core focus on buffing the party with Over-reinforce, agility, swell hand, swell brain, enchant earth, quicken, Jolly Roger, etc. The whole build also offers Swell Body, which doubles the sliver and item drop! The build also has pillage passive, which increases sliver acquisition every time you hit monsters! You can find the full builds in the following links below.
