Im planning to be a C2 Corsair+Doppel, Would double weapon assault work with Deeds of Valor? I mean makng both hand weapon attack speed increase?
From my experience deeds of valor doesn’t increase attack speed at all (or if it does i didn’t notice)
Deeds of Valor attack speed increase works, you need to swap weapon in order for it to activate (attack speed sems to only refresh on weapon swaps).
Additionaly you get 10% attack speed increase per skill level (tested it myself) and you dont need to get stack to get full benefit.

So you mean i use an alternate weapon,activate DoV, then switch to my main weapon?
