Should I go for the Flag or the Dust?
(I’m talking about the circle 1 not 2.)
Depends on pvp or pve
Do you plan on dual wielding at all times (i.e. Fencer)? If not, then don’t pick up Dust Devil as it requires a dagger to use.
I love the duel wielding.
(Also just got the Arde dagger so it’s even better)
I plan to go untill c2 corsair and to stay with the duel wielding untill Rank 7 so I will go doppler but it;s so long untill then.
What do you think?

With little more aim for the pve
I don’t think Doppel is a good fit for Corsair because C2 Doppel requires 2h sword whereas you need daggers for your DD and HD. C1 Doppel might be an option if you just want DOV and Cyclone, but otherwise continuing Corsair into C3 or picking up Fencer is your best bet for dual wielding
I heard that corsair c3 is bad and I didn’t go DEX build so Fencer won’t go so well as it should.
I think the Doppel is a good choice as you said for the DOV and Cyclone and I think I will use the duel wielding AND the 2H.
It will be funner this way imo.
But back to the topic what you think is worth investing to the futher?

Corsair 2 goes well with shinobi
Swordman>Plesta>Barb c2>Corsair c2> Doppler (That’s my plan)

I checked some sources regarding shinobi, been told it’s rather gimmicky with the high risk lacking a decent reward.
You could go builds like pelt>hop2>corsair2>dragoon or pelt>barb2> corsair 2> fencer
I don’t recommend doppel with corsair because doppel benefits more from 2 h weapon while the others are good using a 1H
