Well you can just put 1 point there like DWA if you want. Never went corsair 3 myself. I was a sw-pelt-hop2- cor 2- shinobi but switched to cleric because my build got IMC’ed.
4 pts from pistol shot can go to hook for more duration. Dust devil is bad and the only purpose of it is cc like bash level 3.

Do take in mind that corsair 3 has the highest chance to be IMC’ed. That build is a realy huge gamble. If there is no dual wielder in rank 9 that uses sword/spear+ dagger/ gun then you get imc’ed.
