Cookie cutter builds

So what do you consider the best or your favorite pure DPS build and class choices for Swordsman?

As well as for Archer and Wizard?

Considering reroll but this time I want to do my homework to avoid wasting my time…

I want to be useful in dungeons but most importantly I want to be a killer in pvp and gvg

Also what class allows me to dual wield?

Cookie cutter DPS:

Archer > Ranger C3 > Fletcher C3

Wizard C3 > Elementalist C3 > Warlock

Can’t go wrong with either. The latter is especially highly wanted in endgame Earth Tower.

Cleric C2 > Priest C3 > Krivis/Chaplain > PD

for swordies…
Sword > Peltasta > Peltasta/Any > Any > Any > Any > Any.

Yeah Sword is really bad right now without Peltasta. Any pure dps sword player is hurting at higher levels since no one wants to group with them.

Edit one warning about the wiz ele while it is great in groups it sucks to level.

not only does it suck to level but if you close your eyes and move your cursor to a random wiz, big chances you will point on wiz3ele3warl

because every single wiz do that build.

Everyone is being really helpful. Thank you all for your input sounds like no matter what I want to be Rank 7 warrior being pelt on my second rank is the only viable choice.

Also please keep commenting your suggestions looks like archer is good way to go… Also what do you mean when you say “the latter”?

“The latter” is referring to the second build. Latter is a word used to refer to the second thing of two options. The Wiz C3 Ele C3 Lock build.

Can you explain a little better? Can’t understand your writting

Because aoe dps mage is the most typical role for mages so it’s safe to assume it’ll stay always viable option no matter what kind of balancing they’ll do.

I think most people who have previous experience of mmorpgs will pick it for first build if they want to play mages. Once you’ll get one character levelled up, you’ll have much better grasp of how the game plays and it’ll be less risky to experiment with other builds. You have better idea of what will be needed later on so you won’t invest on useless skills just to ease up the levelling only to regret it later.

There’ll be more silver to spend on gears as well, so taking non dps classes will be less painful to level through.

Cataphract for now is the “go to” class for PvP, since it gives swordsmen the mobility they otherwise lack terribly.

Only until you get your combos skill, 215 currently most of it solo. After you get Magic Missile is gg for most 170 and under. After you Frost cloud, nothing in the ground stay alive more than 10 second. Now if they fly, you very dead son XD.

Also i dont find warlock appealing, maybe im a super noob, but i will go W3-E3-Feather and enjoy my ST dps, as with the E3 i dont feel the need for more aoe. As for trying to kill everything by ranging, i have no problem going in putting the bleed and going out. and surespell+Quickcast+drain on paper looks like a butt load of dmg in a few seconds.

Then again im a noob and probably f myself by not going warlock, then again ill be happily f. Since i really like the concept of Feather and Elementalist together.
