Bug Description :
The counter for my consumables stopped working, it was fixed upon map change.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

Those screenshots have been taken in order, as you can see i used a mana pot, it went off cd, i used it again, still says 51. Upon map change i was down to 38+ or something. It was the same for health pots.
