The bug is, my newly created characters while i am loading orsha city get stuck in the loading screen.
Two things happen either white screen then crash or everything loads exept the graphics.
I can move (and i notice because of the sound of course), jump and even i went back to the portal to see what happens, for a few seconds the graphics load but after a few seconds the character disappears, the images stuck in place but i once aigan can listen the movement of the character.
Happened twice, the first time after i logged out of the character i appeared in the starting zone of orsha.

Bug Description :
Walking up to orsha’s entrace, no apparent bug before getting there.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Log in in said character.
- Try to move.
System
- CPU : Fx 8150
- RAM : 8Gb
- Graphics Card :Radeon 7770
- OS : Windows 10
Whatever this bug is, i can not recreate it with my other characters, one of them is placed in orsha and i can move it.
